Summer Women's Running Group
Empowering women through group running
Join a supportive women's running community focused on smart training, consistency, and sustainable progress. Led by certified running coach Ashley Campbell, Dash provides structured coaching, accountability, and encouragement to help runners make meaningful progress toward their goals. This 7-week session includes weekly training plans for both 5K and 10K runners. Because Summer Dash is a shorter session, registration will be capped to help maintain the community feel and coaching support that make the program special. Space is limited, so please register early if you'd like to reserve your spot.

Virtual Run Coaching
Advancing your goals through personalized coaching
Receive personalized one-on-one virtual coaching with our experienced running coach, Ashley Campbell. This is geared towards runners looking to improve their running performance. Virtual coaching will provide you with tailored guidance and support to help you reach your running goals. Includes a virtual 45-minute session to discuss your goals and a week by week plan laying out mileage and suggested workouts. 5K through marathon training.
