Our mission is to empower runners of all backgrounds and skill levels through personalized and supportive running experiences. Because running should be considered an approachable sport. And since running can be different for everyone, we offer two service paths. Together, our services are designed to ignite your passion for running, support your journey, and celebrate your milestones, all while creating an inclusive and motivating running community.
Winter Women's Running Group
Empowering women through group running
Join our supportive women's only running group to find joy in running while building friendships and achieving your fitness goals. Led by certified running coach Ashley Campbell, this group will help you stay motivated throughout your running journey. All skill levels are welcome (beginner/walker to advanced). This 8 week session will provide weekly plans for 5k and 10k distance. We'll meet as a group on Saturday mornings (7:45am) and Monday evenings (6pm) starting January 4th for drills that will guide you to meet your goals.
Virtual Run Coaching
Advancing your goals through personalized coaching
Receive personalized one-on-one virtual coaching with our experienced running coach, Ashley Campbell. This is geared towards runners looking to improve their running performance. Virtual coaching will provide you with tailored guidance that will sync to your Garmin or Apple Watch, and support to help you reach your running goals. Includes a virtual 45-minute session to discuss your goals and a week by week plan laying out mileage and suggested workouts.
